Straight Arrow Horizons helps young adults overcome practical barriers that can make it difficult to secure employment, pursue housing and move toward independent adulthood.
Our assistance goes beyond obtaining identification. We work with participants to identify what they need, develop their next steps and connect them with resources that can help them move forward.
Vital Documents
Assistance navigating the process of obtaining birth certificates, Social Security cards and state identification.
Employment & Résumé Support
Résumé creation and updates, employment searches, interview preparation and connections to employment and training opportunities.
Housing Readiness & Navigation
Helping young adults prepare for housing, identify available housing resources and understand the steps needed to pursue appropriate housing opportunities.
Referrals & General Assistance
When additional support is needed, SAH helps connect participants with community organizations, programs and resources that may be able to assist.
