MISSION

Straight Arrow Horizons provides structured transitional housing, workforce readiness, and mentorship for young adults ages 18–24 navigating the path to independent living. We help participants build stability, accountability, and the skills needed for long-term success.

VISION

Straight Arrow Horizons envisions a future where young adults across New Jersey have access to safe, structured housing and the support needed to achieve independence, stability, and lasting self-sufficiency.

We provide structured, shared-living environments paired with workforce readiness training designed to help young adults ages 18–24 move from instability to long-term independence.

We understand that the transition from institutional systems often comes with unique challenges. Our approach prioritizes safety, trust, consistency, and empowerment while maintaining clear expectations and accountability. Participants leave our program with more than housing—they gain practical life skills, workforce credentials, and the confidence needed to succeed independently.
